   Your article is confusing. The heading states “IVR coding returns to previous guidelines”. Is this referring to paragraph 6 where it says prior language allowed reporting of multiple interventions (angioplasty, atherectomy, stenting) in the same vessel? This seems to contradict paragraph 8 that says if angioplasty is followed by atherectomy, only atherectomy may be reported. Does this mean stenting should be reported, if done, along with the atherectomy?
