CMS Posts New GEM I-9 to I-10 FAQ

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) posted the second in its series of articles about ICD-10-CM general equivalency maps (GEM) June 3. This latest article answers a number of frequently asked questions about GEM.
