CMS Updates EFT Authorization Agreement Form

Are you using the most up-to-date Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Authorization Agreement form in your office? The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updated the form May 1.
To ensure your office is using the correct form, Part B News advises providers to properly dispose of the old form and download the new form only as needed.
