Scrubs and Suits:GREAT Customer Service = Profitability???

How important is customer service to your health care career and is it really important? These are a couple questions explained by AAPCCA board member Melissa Corral, CPC in a recent article for Scrubs & Suits.

“With great customer service people are more inclined to pay the office promptly, whether prior to the visit, after seeing the medical provider or when the bill comes in the mail,” she wrote. “This improves PROFITIABILITY from the start.”
